Our client residing in Saint-Bernard-De-Michaudville, Quebec, was concerned as moldy and moisture smells were coming out of his crawl space. During the inpsection, our specialist confirmed the presence of mold spores and excess humidity within the crawl space. In addition, he noticed that the beams supporting the floors above were starting to rot. Thus, as a remedy, we installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system.
