Leveling Sagging Floor with our SmartJack Support Beams!
In Tres-Saint-Redempteur, Quebec, a crawl space had rim joists that were rotting, resulting in sagging floor above, and creating a risk for the stability of the home. Using our SmartJack System, we stabilized the crawl space beams and floor joists. What specializes our SmartJacks is that they are adjustable to the crawl space's different heights (as shown in the "After" picture). In addition, they are made from galvanized steel, which protects them from rotting.
