Moldy beams in Sainte-Sabine, QC

In Sainte-Sabine, a homeowner wrestled with a crawl space filled with moldy beams and constant moisture. At a height of just 3–4 feet, effective encapsulation was crucial. We then installed the CleanSpace® system, fully encapsulating the area to block out ground moisture. CleanSpace™ Drainage Matting was laid beneath the liner to direct any water efficiently toward the drainage path. To detect and handle potential plumbing leaks, a SmartDrain™ system was added; offering peace of mind through its built-in alarm and smart drainage redirection.

For improved energy efficiency and year-round dryness, we also installed SilverGlo™ insulation along the crawl space walls.
