CleanSpace brings new life to this house in Sainte-Marie, Quebec

In Sainte-Marie, the owner was facing a persistent moisture problem in his crawl space, a situation that was causing mold, unpleasant odors, and concerns about the structural integrity of his home. The humid air was spreading throughout the rooms, affecting comfort and quality of life inside. To permanently solve this problem, our team intervened with our CleanSpace system, a comprehensive and durable solution. We installed a CleanSpace membrane to effectively seal the floor and walls against moisture, added SilverGlo insulation to improve energy efficiency, and integrated the CleanSpace drainage matting to redirect water and prevent future accumulation. The result has literally transformed the crawl space into a clean, dry, and well-insulated area, protected from leaks and odors. Thanks to this intervention, the house is healthier, more comfortable, and better protected for years to come.
