Encapsulation of a crawl space in Gore, Qc
The moldy smell in this crawl space in Gore warned the owners of this house of its bad conditions. The main causes of moldy smells like these are humidity and moisture leaking in.
In order to stop those problems, our clients contacted our company and we installed a vapor barrier system that prevents water from entering.
The after photo shows clearly the solution our company provided ‘the CleanSpace system’.
The liner was installed very well to both the floor and walls preventing any possible water infiltration. The CleanSpace vapor barrier will not be penetrated by moisture or humidity ever again!
