We started by decontaminating the entire crawl space to eliminate mold and fungi.

And since encapsulation will allow the crawl space to be protected at all times, our team encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane which is a membrane that insulates the house from the earth. And have also added the SilverGlo that sheds water and will not support mold growth or provide a home for pests.

And finally, we stabilized the foundations with our SmartJacks galvanized steel support beams. These beams support the joists and will be highly resistant to the hostile environment of the crawl space.
