Sump Pump Installation Before & After Photos

At a residence in Sainte-Christine, our team replaced the old sump pump to better protect the basement against water seepage and the risk of flooding. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, a high-performance pumping solution consisting of three separate pumps: a primary pump, a secondary pump for heavy water accumulation, and a battery-powered backup pump that ensures operation even during a power outage.

To ensure efficient water drainage, we also added a new discharge line using the IceGuard, designed to prevent blockages caused by freezing during the winter. To reduce water accumulation around the foundation and improve stormwater management, a gutter downspout extension was also installed to divert rainwater away from the house. This combination of improvements optimizes basement drainage, protects the foundation, and maintains a dry and safe environment year-round.

There was a very high level of humidity in this basement in Sutton. The problem with stone walls is that they are more conducive to water infiltration, as there are many cracks and spaces between the stones which allow water, humidity and cold to enter the basement.

To remedy this situation, we installed our patented TripleSafe sump pump system which removes water from the ground. It is our most efficient system and is equipped with 3 pumps; a main pump, an alternative and a battery. Next, we installed our patented WaterGuard interior drainage system. In this way the water which passes through the wall or which comes from the ground is directed directly towards the TripleSafe pump which will expel it outside the house. Finally, we insulated the walls with our superior Foamax insulation which gives a clear and clean appearance to the basement.

Our team changed their pump system to our TripleSafe system. It is the most efficient, safe and airtight lid and includes 3 sump pumps, one of which is a battery backup. So even in case of a power outage, the TripleSafe will work.
