After being flooded many times, our clients in Oka decided to waterproof their basement the best way, once and for all.  
Since one of the main problems was the inadequate sump pump system and their proximity to the Lake of Two Mountains, we installed 2 of our TripleSafe sump pump systems.

We had the chance to do a basement waterproofing on a ''pony wall '' foundation. Water seeped through the cracks in the concrete blocks. In order to block the cracks, we installed a WaterGuard interior drain at the bottom of the footing so that the water would drain to the drain and then drain away from the house. Our team has also encapsulated this sole to block the water vapor so that it is redirected to the drain and to prevent dampening of the space.

We have encapsulated this crawl space in Saint-Saveur through isolating the house from the ground with the CleanSpace vapor barrier and installing the SmartDrain that allows the crawl space to be protected in case of a plumbing leak by intercepting the water and alarming you with the problem.

This old sump pump was not working efficiently, so our client  looked online and discovered our TripleSafe sump pump. She called us to have it installed in her home.
