Basement Waterproofing in Saint-Fortunat, Quebec

Our client, a homeowner in Saint-Fortunat, Quebec, was worried about the situation within his basement. Humidity was high and moisture smells were making things uncomfortable. Upon the visit of our specialist, he explained that the absence of a drainage system is resulting in water seeping inside the basement and thus increasing moisture. If things remained that way, mold will most probably grow, and we might face structural damages. As a solution, we installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system along the footing of the basement. The installation was quick and smooth, with minimal disturbance. In addition, and to maximize the good results, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barriers on the wall. This membrane will limit the moisture coming from the basement walls.
