Problem

Our client in Delson, QC, had persistent water infiltrations within their basement, despite the presence of a sump pump. Following a detailed and free inspection, our specialist Patrick noticed that the existing drainage system faced major issues. Firstly, the discharge lines were obstructed by the soil. Secondly, the pump was constantly functional, indicating its inadequacy in dealing with the infiltrated water.

Solution

Our team installed the WaterGuard interior drain system along the perimeter of the basement. This patented system is designed to prevent clogging. Moreover, it is straightforward and quick to install, unlike French drains that require excavation.

Next, we implemented the SuperSump sump pump system, including two distinct pumps. These pumps will evacuate any infiltrated water, even during a power outage, as the second pump operates on battery power. Finally, we installed a new discharge line, connected to the pump, to direct the water outside.

We have Waterproofed our client’s Basement in Pincourt, Qc  and we installed the following products: 71 feet of WaterGuard, CleanSpace membrane, drain tile, LawnScape outlet, IceGuard, and a SumperSump sump pump.

Water infiltrating into a finished basement is never a good thing. That's why we have recommended this customer a complete and permanent solution with products that block water and drafts vapors, which filter and dehumidify the air and make this space more comfortable and healthy.

Therefore we have installed the Waterguard internal drain to direct the water to our company’s TripleSafe sump pump system.

We have fixed our client’s foundation wall cracks in Pincourt, that had water seeping through those cracks, through injecting our Flexispan, polyutherane and SentrySeal injection.

Our Client’s basement was always dry and mold was growing in this place, affecting badly on the family in Brownsburg-Chatham. When Mr. Jose called us, he told us that his children started having health issues; they were coughing a lot and having headaches most of the times.

After examining this place, our team told him that he cannot leave this place wet and unfinished in fear that his family’s health will get worst and they suggested waterproofing and insulating the entire area in order to keep it dry and healthy. We then installed the WaterGuard Interior Drain on the footing of the foundation to intercept water from the sole, walls and floor, and then we have connected it to our company's SuperSump pump that will evacuate water.

In addition, our team has installed the CleanSpace membrane which blocks water vapor from the walls and redirects water to the WaterGuard indoor drain installed directly below.
