Water infiltration through the exterior door of the basement in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Qc

Mr. Serge who lives in Saint-Basile-le-Grand was having some water infiltration in his basement and called us directly to solve this issue!

Once our team completed their assessment, they found that there was a real need to add a WaterGuard drainage system to the majority of the perimeter, including in front of the exterior basement door. This place was one of the sources of water entry according to the client. The team also went with a TrenchDrain and a Drainage Matting. The TrenchDrain is able to collect surface water in front of doors and down stairs among others. Drainage Matting helps direct water to the WaterGuard.

Mr. Serge and his family can now be reassured that they are protected if another water infiltration occurs.
