Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our solution aims to capture water infiltration before it accumulates in the basement. To do this, we installed a perimeter of WaterGuard all around the basement. This drain is connected to our sump pump system with two pumps, one of which is battery operated.

PROBLEM

Our client Mrs. Lucie, was not able to tolerate the water that was seeping in with each thaw in her basement and wanted a permanent solution.

SOLUTION

A combination of our waterproofing products was suggested from our team; a SuperSump pump, the WaterGuard drain system, an Iceguard and a LawnScape.

Our SuperSump can help to keep the basement dry by discharging the internal drain, and lowering the water level in the soil under the slab.

Now the customer can benefit from a dry, clean and usable space all year round.

In the basement of our house, which is a construction dating from 1954, there is a hole about 30 cm in diameter. There is always water in the hole. When it rains a lot or when the snow melts, the water level rises and humidifies the surroundings, but nothing more. This hole was there when we bought the house 16 years ago. We would like to know what it is for and what we need to do.
