We have solved the problem of water in this house in Saint-Basile-Le-Grand, by installing our interior drainage system known as ‘the WaterGuard’, in addition to a vapor barrier system known as ‘the Cleanspace’.
The WaterGuard is very efficient and is installed on the foundation footing out of the mud and dirt.

It also lies on a stone sheet, in order to prevent clogging.

As for the CleanSpace vapor barrier, it is a durable bright liner that we install it on the walls or on the floors in order to prevent humidity and water vapor from passing through.

After installing our WaterGuard interior drain within a basement in Saint-Basil-Le-Grand, we proceeded to install our unique Basement to Beautiful panels. Our client Mrs. Lucie, was not able to tolerate the water that was seeping in with each thaw in her basement and wanted a permanent solution.
