That's what we did for one of our clients in Brownsburg-Chatam. Our team recommended a complete solution including the following: an interior drain system installed on the footing of the foundation. This system intercepts water in the soil and foundation and redirects water to a sump pump in the SuperSump liner.

We have eliminated the traces of mold thanks to MoldX which is a product that is a neutralizer.

The walls have been coated with the CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane, which blocks water vapor and redirects it to the drain.

Finally, to keep the humidity level at 55% or lower, we have installed our SaniDry CX dehumidifier and air purifier that keeps the air dry and the environment healthy.

This space can now be conveniently and safely used. We are happy to have been able to carry out this project!

If your floor is still stone or concrete and you plan to finish it, waterproof it to solve the current problems and avoid those of the future. The SmartSump has a unique sump pump cover design, so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first; sounding a WaterWatch alarm that will let you know there is a plumbing leak

The CleanSpace membrane is a very resistant vapor barrier. It blocks moisture and contains an antibacterial that prevents mold growth.

The client can now protect his investment and is no longer worried about any spring thaw.
