We repaired the basement slab that was sagging at this house in Pierrefonds. Symptoms can be clearly seen in the cracks separating between the top of the interior walls of the basement and floor upstairs. The problem

The solution for our client was the installation of 8 PowerBrace beams as well as the Carbon Armor reinforcement device. PowerBrace beams are a patented device designed to support foundation walls and provide potential straightening over time. It is a permanent and reliable solution. And then the CarbonArmor device was applied in order to reinforce the two cracked and slightly arched walls.

With this solution, Mr. Millette has foundation walls that will not budge.

Mr. Demuy has an uninsulated basement with concrete walls and floors. He wanted to use this space to store his personal belongings, but he was worried about the humidity and wanted to insulate his walls from his basement. The solution for our client was to install our Foamax insulation panels on the basement walls. They are made of high performance polyisocyanurate foam coated with a white finish on one side and a vapor barrier on the back.
