Before diving into this cozy renovation in Saint-Cuthbert, QC, our homeowner faced a common issue - a cold crawl space that was affecting their home's overall comfort and energy efficiency. As you can see in the 'before' photo, the space was exposed, allowing cold air and moisture to enter freely. The transformation you see in the 'after' photo was achieved with our CleanSpace technology. This innovative solution seals the area, dramatically improving insulation and air quality, thereby enhancing the homeowner's comfort and reducing energy bills. The problem: This Pierrefonds client had a crack in his foundation wall. As we can see in the photo, it was still quite important.

The solution: We injected the crack with a polyurethane and then we covered it with our product called Flexispan. At the crack, we dug a small hole to put a drainage membrane to redirect the water.

We repaired the basement slab that was sagging at this house in Pierrefonds. Symptoms can be clearly seen in the cracks separating between the top of the interior walls of the basement and floor upstairs. By installing our slab piers, we did not just stabilize the slab, but also we were able to close the existing cracks as you see in these 2 pictures.

In Pierrefonds, this homeowner faced a common yet troublesome issue - a damp crawlspace, which can be seen in the before photo displaying signs of moisture and possible damage risks. Fortunately, our team stepped in with a seamless solution. On the floor we installed CleanSpace drainage matting and TerraBlock since the temperature fluctuation was significant. And on the walls we installed SilverGlo thermal insulation. As noticed in the after photo, we transformed the previously damp and neglected crawlspace into a dry, energy-efficient, and healthy area under the home. This upgrade not only solved the current moisture problem but also provided a durable solution that supports a healthier living environment above.

To do so, you need a sump pump system that can serve as a backup to your basement to protect all your belongings. Our TripleSafe system protects your basement space three times more thanks to the three pumps present in a hermetic and aesthetic double liner. The Zoeller M-53 pump will do most of the pumping during normal conditions. Then, the Zoeller M-98 pump starts when the flow is too fast or when the first pump is not enough for the job. Finally, the UltraSump battery pump takes over during a power failure because it runs on battery power.
