Old sump pump replacement and a complete waterproofing of a basement in Saint-Constant, Qc
This basement in Saint-Constant was dealing with serious flooding problems . Water was seeping especially during every thaw season, and cracks had started to increase in its foundation wall.
We have solved this basement problems after being contacted by our client.
After her approval, our team installed a WaterGuard interior drain system. It is a drainage system that is placed under the floor slab on the perimeter of the foundation. Then, in order to direct the water from the cracks to the WaterGuard, our team encapsulated part of the walls with our CleanSpace membrane. At last we installed a SuperSump sump pump system to pump water out of the house. Eventually, our plumber connected the drains to the city sewers.
Waterproofing a wet basement in Verdun, Qc
Our client had previously installed only a partial WaterGuard system because he had water seepage from only one side. Over time, new leaks had appeared and it was necessary to run the rest of the perimeter of the basement with the WaterGuard system.
Our specialist therefore proceeded to install the rest of the WaterGuard in order to provide optimal protection against water infiltration.
Thanks to our intervention, our client benefits from a basement protected against any type of water infiltration.
