Solution

Upon receiving the authorization, our team of workers installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system throughout the crawlspace. CleanSpace includes a drainage matting and a perimeter drainage. Next, we implemented a flexible layer of thermal insulation called TerraBlock. TerraBlock is made from a ¾-inch thick foam insulation. It is resistant and durable to allow access for repairmen and homeowners inside the crawl space. Finally, we installed our SmartDrain to prevent any water infiltration in case of plumbing leaks.
