Problem

Our client from Becancour, recently contacted us after noticing issues with water infiltration in the crawlspace. It showed evident signs of moisture. It was crucial to find a solution to prevent the risk of foundation settling.

Solution

With our client's authorization, our team of workers began by removing the mold stains. Next, we installed the CleanSpace system, consisting of a specially designed matting to prevent moisture and infiltrations. To complete our work, we installed a drainage system to effectively channel any accumulated water towards a sump pump system.

The WaterWatch alarm, which is part of this drain, could help identify potential plumbing leaks. They then installed a layer of the CleanSpace vapor barrier over the drainage membrane. This product was created as a super durable plastic sheet that will permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering the crawlspace.
