A client from Pointe-Claire, QC called us to let us know of his concerns about his crawl space. He noticed that moisture was forming on the support beams in his crawlspace and that the beams were sagging.

Moisture that had accumulated beneath the structure created a cold, stuffy atmosphere, accompanied by lingering odors and condensation. The lack of insulation and the exposed soil also contributed to heat loss, as well as the risk of mold and material deterioration over time.
