PROBLEM

Our client, living in Disraeli, was having problems with his crawl space. In fact, his house is located on the edge of a lake. Thus he had difficulty heating his crawl space. In addition, there was excess humidity, which damaged the air quality in the house.

SOLUTION

The encapsulation of the crawl space consists of installing our CleanSpace system, including two types of covering on the floor: The first drainage membrane equipped with "honeycomb" spaces to be able to retain infiltrated water, and the second membrane will act as a vapor barrier for not allowing  moisture to spread.
